What If Ventures, Inc. ("we", "our", or "us") operates the zzz mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Sleep preferences and habits shared during onboarding (e.g., sleep schedule, stress triggers, voice preference)
• Account information if you create an account

Information collected automatically:

• Device type and operating system version
• App usage data (sessions started, features used)
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics

Information we do NOT collect:

• Health data from HealthKit or any health sensors
• Location data
• Contacts, photos, or other personal media

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate personalized AI sleep stories and breathing exercises
• To improve and optimize the app experience
• To process subscriptions via Apple's in-app purchase system
• To respond to support requests

3. Data Storage and Security

Your sleep preferences are stored locally on your device. Any data transmitted to our servers for AI story generation is encrypted in transit using TLS. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For subscription billing and payment processing. Apple's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.
• AI Services: We use third-party AI models to generate sleep stories. Prompts sent to these services do not contain personally identifiable information.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

zzz offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. All billing is handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

6. Children's Privacy

zzz is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Your onboarding preferences are stored on your device and can be cleared by deleting the app. If you would like us to delete any data associated with your account, contact us at ansh@whatif.ventures and we will process your request within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of data processing
• Data portability
